I had one of the most awkward customer service interactions I've ever had with their technician who came out to repair my GE countertop icemaker. The technician was helpful in diagnosing the issue, but once it became time to actually order and replace the part in need of repair, he 'mysteriously' couldn't load the site to find the part number. I was able to download the owners manual for the device and order the part; the entire time, he kept stating I'd just be better off to buy a new one and it wouldn't be worth his time to repair it. I was trying to be kind and helpful, but he clearly just did not want to do the work to repair the machine. He then just walked out without charging me for the service call or providing any documentation. I understand the difference between a professional recommendation to repair vs replace and someone who wasn’t interested in helping. The technician just…left. I wasn’t concerned about cost. I would prefer to repair something rather than replace it to avoid being wasteful, it's just how I was raised. It became very clear he didn't want to do the job, but the interaction was unnecessarily awkward. I never once complained about the price or the time; quite the opposite! I just wanted my beloved ice maker to work again and was willing to do what it takes. The team seems nice and knowledgable, I just hope other customers have better luck getting them to work on projects they actually want to do. The part wasn't very expensive and I've got another technician set to install it Tuesday.

Chris was great! VERY knowledgeable, quick and communicative. He was sure to call and keep me posted about his arrival and took the time to explain to me what the problem was. Fixed the heating element in my dryer super quickly and was even kind enough to look at my ice maker when I’d mentioned it was on the fritz. Whole service was reasonably priced and efficient and I will definitely be working with appliance Nashville again.

Bobby came out to my house 2 months ago to look at my under-the-counter ice machine. He said I needed a part. I was then told it would take a month for the part to come in. After a month i called to check on the part. I was told someone goes to the warehouse to check on parts everyday and no part had come in yet. Yesterday, I called again after waiting at least two months for the part. Someone took down my name and number and said they would call back. No one called back. Today I called again. Again they took my name and number. I just got a call saying that now there is NO PART. I am told my ice machine cannot be fixed and it took two months for them to find out. Really? I don’t think they were ever going to call me back. But guess what? They were happy to take $89 for the “service” call. Please save your time and money and do not do business with these people.
