Our Bosch refrigerator has had issues with the ice maker for a while now. I contacted my warranty provider and they sent someone out from another company that did not fix the issue. A-1 Came out after the first company did not fix the issue and Ryan did a great job and fixed the issue and we now have ice! Great customer service and common courtesy. Would recommend to family and friends.

They came out under my warranty service. They replaced ice maker and it stopped working within a week. They refuse to warranty their work and told me to call my warranty service again which is a pain. They should cover their own work, thus taking responsibility! Now I have to hire another place to come out and pay them then them take this company to small claims court to get my money back. BBB may help them take responsibility for the next customer! Very disappointed, but the service guy was great! Wish management acted like their employees!

The service tech, Nate, was awesome. Friendly and professional. Just seemed like a nice guy. Our ice maker wasn't working. In the end, he must have been to our house a half dozen times. He didn't quit until it was fixed. The company has a 30 day warrantee so after the first visit or two there was no charge.
