Kevin was wonderful. He fixed the issue that caused ice to build up in the refrigerator freezer. He even put a mat down to roll the fridge to protect the wood floor. He also explained what the issue was and how he fixed it.

They were knowledgeable, helpful and patient enough to explain what the problem was with our broken ice maker. They provided additional information about how best to maintain our refrigerator while they were here. We'll definitely use them again when we need appliance repair.

Answered phone, didn’t need to leave message. Scheduled appointment for them to come out within a couple days. Appointment was confirmed by email/text along with photo of employee coming to our house. Texted again when they were on their way and arrived within the window they gave me. Wife said employee was very polite, professional and fixed our ice/water dispenser. I felt the cost of repair was fair.

Excellent service from scheduling to repair. We had a nonfunctional refrigerator ice maker. Called to schedule repair on Monday. Service completed on Wednesday. The impressive part was Kevin the technician had the ice maker we needed in his truck. He was fast, friendly and informative.
