We called for an ice maker that was not working. Matt was on time, friendly, courteous and professional. He told us everything he was doing. He worked very quickly to minimize the time he had to charge us for. While he was here he diagnosed and repaired an issue that clearly needed to be done, but we were not aware of. The overall cost was reasonable. This was our first experience with All Brands and we will certainly be back. Update: The new I cemaker came quickly and as there was an opening in the schedule they called and asked if they could install it early, which benefited us. Installation took about 20 minutes. Same very professional installer. Also we were pleased with the central office's customer management and communication. Unhappily we don’t see that often these days. This company is exceptional in all areas.
