My ice machine stopped making ice. Called to schedule an appointment and someone always picked up the phone and was always helpful. There was always a follow up phone call and the technician was on time and very professional. It’s still nice to see that there are companies out there that have great customer service. Tecnictian come in for ice machine Make estimate . Say was missing freon , And other tings . After they work on it , he say also the water filter was bad because was not water pressure , maybe was only the real problem who know ? We buy new filter and is working fine . .

Called, came the next day, Vladimir came and thought he fixed the problem. We knew quickly it did not solve the issue. Called him back the next day, came back within an hour, found an additional issue, took care of it and is now working great. It was my ice maker. I called WeFix-Appliance when my ice maker quit making ice. The technician was on time and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Due to the age of the refrigerator, I decided to buy a new one. I will definitely use them in the future and I recommend them highly.

Bad Experience!!! I used to recommend this company because they repaired another refrigerator quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, in September 2024, I hired them to repair a different refrigerator, and the experience was a disaster. The ice maker wasn't working, and the technician said the defrost system was broken. He "repaired" it, but after that, the ice maker still didn't work. He said the evaporator fan motor needed to be replaced; he replaced it, but it didn't fix the ice maker problem either. In November 2024, I requested another technician. The new technician said that everything previously done was unnecessary and that the real problem was the fan motor. They ordered it, but supposedly it was on back order, so I requested that they stop the repair attempts and asked for a refund. I had paid $149.35 and was refunded only $55.05. After this, I called another company, which had to fix not only the damage to the ice maker but also damage caused by the WeFix technicians to the refrigerator, as they cut wires, damaged sensors, and left the interior light out during the failed repair process. I had to pay the other company $1,085 to repair my refrigerator (half of this amount was related to damages caused by WeFix).
