Eugene was tenacious in repairing my freezer and ice maker—GE Profile refrigerator/freezer. Two problems. The side-by-side freezer had frozen ice inside, he discovered was caused by a water leak in the freezer. My ice maker was also not working. The water leak was fixed on the first visit, but the ice maker was more of a challenge. It took 4 more visits to my home to fix the ice maker and he always arrived in the timeframe promised.
