Had a tech misdiagnose our ice machine. Spent months and a couple thousand dollars replacing parts that didn’t need to be replaced. Manager Aaron called saying they don’t stand behind that and would be refunding for the parts not needed. New tech came out and was great (request James if you must use them), temporarily solved the problem - 5 months later and the problem is back… never received a refund, have called 5 or 6 times over the last few months to check on that refund, and cannot even get a phone call back. Problem not solved, paid for parts not needed, promised a refund but no follow through or even the decency to return a call with an explanation.
