Had a problem with my fridge staying cold and ice machine stopped working. Peter showed up on time, quickly diagnosed what he believed the problem was (defroster component). We coordinated when he could come back to finish the repairs since it was frozen over and needed to thaw for a day or two. Fixed the part and told me I prob didn’t need to repair the ice machine if this was the main issue and he was right!!! We have an ice cold fridge and ice again at a great price!!! Recommending to everyone I know.

We are long time satisfied customers of the parts department. For the first time, we used the appliance repair service. Everything was excellent from scheduling, a follow-up reminder call, technician called to advise arrival and service. All of it was 5 stars! Ice dispenser repair complete.

I setup an appointment with All Appliance a few weeks ago because my fan was making a loud noise. I was told that a new thermostat was needed and the price was $298. The noise was fixed but then the water and ice wasn’t working. I called back and he ended up coming back out after going back and fourth a few times. Turns out the water in the line was freezing. Preventing ice and water from flowing through. Then I called him back because EVERYTHING in the refrigerator was freezing. He told me to remove some black tape he left on the vent which I did. He said the temp would be normal in 24 hours. A couple days later I told him it was still freezing. I was told “unplugged the refrigerator for 3-5 days” and he would return. Two weeks later I’m still without a working refrigerator. I have to find someone else to come and fix it now. $298 dollars gone and still not fixed. Find someone else to repair your refrigerator. Since they have somewhat good reviews I figured it was a one off but the issue is still not fixed and I have given him plenty of time to resolve it.

Called after finding them on YELP. Came out within 2 hours. Tech was professional and got my fridge running again in a few minutes. He did indicate if the fridge stops again in the future we may need to replace the mother board. Advised to give some space on the back to wall. Also advised it should start making ice again after temp in freezer gets below 10 degrees.

STAY AWAY. Tech came and opened ice maker. Said we had to replace for $430 but thought freezer was just not closed correctly. After leaving, light in fridge would't work. I called because the freezer issue wasn't working still to have them repair and person on phone just wanted to deny they could have done anything and to have a different company fix my problems. That person knows nothing about customer service, I was asking to have them come fix it. Luckily it drove me to LG who identified it was a seal error code and the ice maker diagnosis wouldn't have fixed anything. So thank you for the incredibly terrible service. I did go to someone else and it saved me thousands and let me know not to work with these guys. *just wanted to add that when LG came, the Appliance Repair tech had left a magnet deactivating the light so it was this tech, being called a liar and being told to go somewhere else was absolutely on you guys. How many things can you guys get wrong in one customer interaction?

This company is awesome. We needed our ice maker fixed and the technician they sent out to our home came and did just that. He was very professional and also gave us tips on how to prevent this from happening often. The front office was very helpful and polite as well. Definitely recommend this company 100%

The previous homeowner advised she’s had issues with the ice maker and had it replaced. For some reason it appears it had not been tested before we took possession of the house about a month later. The ice maker isn’t working. I called the company and they told me it had been replaced a little over a month ago and they would want to charge $90 for a service call. The part is covered for 3, but one would have to pay the labor. This is just a ridiculous lack of customer service.

Archi came by the house yesterday and quickly diagnosed the issue with the ice maker, we made a decision on the next steps, and I'm back in business. The entire process was seamless and smooth. Will definitely use Archi again.
