Came to repair my only year old new fridge. Ice in the line was cleared, then found fan dead & had to order part. I was promptly called when part came in & was fixed couple hrs later. I feel pricing was reasonable & gentleman was kind & sweet to deal with. Very satisfied with this business.

I called T & H on Tuesday morning. My bottom freezer ice maker was making ice, but it was one massive clump. I called at 8 am and he was here within 3 hours. AMAZING! He took ice maker out and could not see any cracks or why it was leaking. Thought possibly a piece of ice had lodged in it. Cleaned it out and re-installed. It was an $80 fee. BUT, he said if it continued to leak he would come back and replace ice maker AND deduct the $80 from the labor. Well, it still leaked. He ordered ice maker and came back Thursday. He thought since he could not see why it was leaking that it could possibly be the water valve. Since water valve was less expensive, he wanted to try that first. It still leaked, so he came back Saturday to put in new ice maker and was going to remove water valve and put my old one back in, since that wasn't the problem. I decided to have him leave the new one in. I hope my review tells you that he is communicative and honest! Tries not to gouge you on something you do not need! I would 100% call him for appliance repair!
