Very professional! He repaired a water leak in our line and our ice maker quickly. I also learned how a refrigerator works (I am a teacher, after all!). He was also very honest....we weren't sure if the ice maker itself would still be operable. Instead of selling a new part to me, he said to wait and see if it started making ice correctly. I liked your company. Zach was so courteous and professional. I would recommend him to anybody. Unfortunately, he was not able to fix the problem. You have access to my records I am sure. I paid 2,767.87 for my ice maker to be fixed. It was not fixed. I am asking for a refund of all that I spent on labor and also whatever markup you put on the part. I am willing to pay for the original cost of the parts. I understand I took a gamble hoping my ice maker would be fixed. Your company has offered a 226.00 refund. This is not ethically right.
