Josh was very knowledgeable, he REALLY KNOWS his Job. I had already paid 2 Repairmen from different Companies and they COULD NOT figure out what the Problem was with my Ice Maker and BARELY did any diagnostics but charged high fee's.. Needless to say I was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AND OUT LOTS OF MONEY, READY TO GIVE UP when I called Josh at Prism Appliance Repair. I'm SO GLAD I DID, it needed a whole new ice maker unit and is working perfectly now. Josh was ALWAYS PROMPT, Both times he came out, has GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND is just genuinely an overall nice Person. Don't shop around go right to the best you won't be sorry.
