-0 Stars! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Horrible customer service, Hailey is beyond rude and argumentative and will hang up on customers if you dare ask for fair business practices. Marina is no better! Just look at the way they handle any criticism on their reviews, complete deflection...not our fault or problem. Stay AWAY from this company unless you want to be treated like garbage and work with an extremely incompetent company! I was given this inept company from my third party warranty company as an appliance repair shop for my ice maker. The tech tells me that it will 7-10 days before the part would arrive and the repair will be completed. I was told someone will be in touch with me from his office to keep me updated and to schedule his return visit. 2 more weeks go by and I have to continuously call for updates as no one will reach out to me. I even went on vacation, returned, waited an additional week and nothing. When I called to inquire what is happening, I again was dealing with the rude and miserable Hailey. I was hung up on and figured that I was now on my own in getting this resolved. Another time, I reached the owner Marina and she was furiously upset that her technician would provide me that information, when she has told him over and over not to give out that kind of time frame. This is an internal issue and she was including me in ranting about her employee. She said that they would do better with communication with me, unfortunately that never happened. I can only assume that they knew they had to complete things and called to schedule the repair. Finally a tech returns for the repair and I asked him for the final documentation regarding my repair (all details and warranty for the work) and he says as soon as he leaves my home, and closes the job, his program will send the paperwork via email. Of course that didn't happen, just like my part was not received in the 7-10 days either. Now since I did not receive any documentation whatsoever from this incompetent company, I phoned and inquired why. Here comes the rude and always miserable Hailey to insert her atrocious attitude, speak over me and tell me that I have to obtain that from my warranty company before she again hung up on me. My warranty company DID NOT DO THE WORK! Let this review on Google serve as my documentation that I had a repair done on my ice maker on 8/2/24 by this uncooperative and very rude business. Should I need to pursue legal action, I will use this as supporting documentation. ***UPDATE 8/13/24*** RESPONSE TO THE OWNER Very clear deflection here. The audacity to attempt to put this back onto a customer (me) only supports my negative review! Thank you for the transparency. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! They will create conflict with incompetence and then claim that your frustration, that they cause, is intolerable and YOU the customer must be the issue. Unreal. Appreciate the admission of standards and the provided explanations in Google Reviews, not with me directly through the course of work being performed. I appreciate learning of this now, it sure would've been nice to know during my open job and would have avoided this entirely. Not once do they (anywhere in this review section, especially in the negative reviews) admit that they need to do better and will aim to please their customer's, only deflection...because their customer's are disposable and not an asset. BUYER BEWARE, YOU DON'T EVEN GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR! RUN...
