After going through several other appliance repair companies, who apparently weren’t motivated enough to see the repair through, we finally hit the jackpot with Michael at Sloan Appliance. He pursued in getting our Scotsman ice machine working again after numerous tries. He was punctual, efficient and patiently explained everything in a way that I could understand.
