This company was contracted through Whirlpool to repair my icemaker. I was given a window of 8-4:00 for the repair time, for which my husband took off the entire day to wait for…never heard from them, never showed. Left voice message and texted and no response. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND EDIT 10/18/24 I was contacted by the owner 3 days after my original post. He came out and determined that we needed basically a new ice maker (motor). He ordered the part, and Tyler came out about 11 days later to do the work.
