Person sent out to analyse ice maker issue (not making ice) was totally disinterested. He never did an inspection of the machine to attempt to find the issue, simply said it would be to expensive repair, collected his $150.00 service fee and left. Visit lasted less than five minutes. I wil not use this service again, and certainly don't recommend to others.

We had two bad ice makers and the company was AMAZING! Our tech was very knowledgeable and we got the same person each time. Will use them in the future!

We called weeks ahead of time to make an appointment. set up a time and we also got call back, text and a phone call. They did come late in the day, but i was there to get them in the gate. They diagnosed our problem with our icemaker and had the part in their truck. Kyle the owner was good to work with. Very understanding, knowledgeable and informative. I would highly recommend his services. We had a bunch of ice the next day. It was a total relief that it was a simple fix and we did not need a new fridge. We live fulltime in an RV and its very hard to find good quality people that are honest and not wanting wanting to take advantage of you. We will spread the word in the RV park to help this local business to get more work!!! Ps. they even fixed the loose fridge door handles. Nice guys.

I referred to Eagle 1 by Reliable Parts Inc, Tempe AZ. I didn’t want to pay someone to come out, I was confident that I could replace my refrigerator ice maker but needed guidance on the error codes. Sam was able to provide that information, she even went out of her way to call Kyle in the field, and he took the time to talk me through a couple different codes to test. That’s an HONEST company, not trying to make a quick $$ off us. I so do appreciate them, all super friendly, very professional, and I highly recommend them. Sam called me back the following day to see if my ice maker was fixed, they care about their customers and treat them like family. We celebrated over the phone with a HAPPY DANCE! :)

There is a VERY apparent difference between someone who does a job and a technician who is a master of their trade. Kyle is that master technician. Not only did he figure out what the issue was just by looking at a set of ice cubes, he also answered about 30 other questions I had. I'm blown away and feel extremely blessed to have been assigned Kyle for my job. Thanks Eagle One! You folks are awesome!

My 91 year old mother called these guys to fix a problem with her ice maker. Once the technician arrived she was told there was a $99 trip fee that they charge. It did not go towards the repair and she was not told in advance. It is so outrageous to charge this type of fee and I would have advised her to use one of the wonderful small businesses locally. I would have given no stars if I could have. This is taking advantage of the elderly and I have advised her not to use them again. PS, I could probably have done the fix myself for nothing.
