Niceley’s appliance and repair is definitely a 5 star business. Sean is excellent technician that repaired my ice machine in the fridge. He was extremely knowledgeable and figured the issue easily and repaired. I have nothing positive experiences in my dealings with Niceley’s. Ask for Sean he is the BEST!!

Tech was there less than 10 minutes for a 89.95 plus tax fee, said I would get a quote for a new ice maker, they called next day said it was discontinued, nothing they could do. When I asked why was I charged $96, the lady who called me chuckled, when I said it’s not funny, she begins to tell me she is not laughing. I would not recommend them at all, rude and scam artists.

Booked appointment and explained that water is leaking into bottom of freezer, builds up, and then begins to leak out on floor. Tech shows up while I'm at work and starts talking to my Wife. She remembers telling him that the ice from the ice maker tastes bad. He states that that's because we need a water filter on the line running to the ice maker (I installed one 3-yrs ago and it hangs under sink). He calls into the office and speaks to someone then tells my Wife they don't do plumbing. I look on YouTube about the issue and find several videos detailing the cause (cooling coil drain is froze up and when fridge goes through a defrost cycle, water drips down to bottom and freezes). I fixed it that weekend. Paid $94.35 to a company whose Tech didn't seem interested in actually fixing a well known issue.

Needed a part to repair GE Profile refrigerator. Ice maker dispenser not working. Bill ordered the needed part. The part was delivered to the store the next day. Bill called and informed me that the part was in and available for pickup. The part repaired the ice dispenser and at a reasonable price. Great customer service and I will be a returning customer in the future.
