Best Ice Maker Repair Companies in Elkhorn, Nebraska

Brad was very professional when fixing our ice makers. He came out once to diagnose the issue and then ordered the parts and returned a week later to replace what was needed. We now have working ice makers and cold drinks.

Mr. Appliance has been at my home 5 times to fix an icemaker. They have replaced my icemaker and the fan and/or motor. They came back last time to replace the fan/motor that apparently wasn’t working. They came back with new one and guess what it was the wrong part. Came back put it in and technician said he gave it his stamp of approval. Guess what? Next day still no ice. I want my money back or we’re going to small claims court. Call someone else. Do NOT waste your time or your $$$$.

Great company/technicians to work with for our ice maker. The only con was the appointment I set up online from the website did not coincide with the company’s appointment schedule…had to reschedule for another time. I wouldn’t hesitate to call for services on my other appliances. Thank you!

They kept me informed about who the technician was and when to expect him. My refrigerator was leaking and forming ice under the crisper. He (Brad) was courteous and knew what the problem was and ordered the part, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything. I didn’t expect them to get the part in so quickly. Brad came back, installed the part and was on his way. Everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company and Brad.
