The only positive I have to say about this company is that the lady that answers the phone is very courteous and polite. That’s it. This company was contracted via our home warranty for an ice maker repair. After the initial visit, we waited 2 weeks and still no update on the parts ordered. I had to call them and they scrambled and said they had to talk to the tech and call me back. Which they did not. I called back the next day and they said that our home warranty company was the one ordering the parts and that’s why there was a delay. Sure enough, shortly after that call I received an email notification from my home warranty company that an authorization request has been submitted. So as I suspected, it seems that they dropped the ball and only then submitted the request. I waited another week and then followed up with my home warranty company and they said their records do not show that they are ordering parts but rather the tech. So they themselves confirmed this was a lie. I asked them to get me an update and when they called Arrow for an update, they were given the same run around, that they’d have to call the tech and call them back. They followed back up with me within an hour as promised but they still were no able to get a clear update from the tech. At the end of the day, it took close to a month and a half before the tech came back to install the parts. So you would that that’s it. It’s all resolved. OH NO. The tech left and said we were all set. It was only until a few hours later I was checking the control panel on our fridge that I noticed the ice maker he repaired wasn’t even turned on and not showing connected. I called them back and the woman said she’d call the tech back. She calls me back and says he can’t come back out until Monday (it was a Friday.) I told her I was very frustrated and she said confirmed that we could try to connect it ourselves, if not he’d come back Monday. My husband spent 2 hours fixing it because as it turns out, he switched out the ice maker but didn’t even connect it to the power. The cable was much shorter than the one on the original part. He also discovered that part of the problem was a plastic guard/shield that didn’t quite fit and was causing issues with being able to reach to connect the cable. He had to swap it out with the one from the old part in order to make it fit and connect it. Only then did it finally work. This entire experience with this company was very unprofessional (minus the receptionist) and disappointing.

I had used this company in the past and it was a wonderful experience. The owner was knowledgeable, friendly and pricing was fair. He repaired my washer. The same problem happened within a week, apparently a bad part used on the repair. The part was reordered and replaced and the machine has been fine since. Jump to 2023. Had technician come out in February on President's Day (Monday). My water through the door of the fridge suddenly had quit working. Tech showed up said it was the motor in the back of the unit and she would order the part and it should be in by Friday. A week later I am calling to find out status of part and having repair finished as now unit is not making ice. Given a story about another tech took the part, then neighbor picked up the boxes so they would not get stolen. Part reordered and installed three weeks after initial service call ($300+). Three days later fridge not dispensing water again. Tech comes out says its water filter. Changes out water filter. Works again for three or four more days. Call again. Comes back out seems totally perplexed. Changes out water filter again. (it is now March). After a week when it quits dispensing water again I call again and request a new tech. New tech comes out he says its the holder for the water filter and part has to be ordered. Part ordered and arrives a week and a half later. He replaces the part on Friday says all should be good. ($300 more dollars.) Well guess what Sunday the water quits dispensing again. (Now it's May 1st, messing with this for 2 and a half months). I just called for them to come out again. Honestly at this point I just want my $600 back so I can find someone to fix it right. We will see what happens when they come out tomorrow. So disappointed smh
