I’m very impressed with AAA Appliance Repair from the very start. They properly diagnosed the problem with my ice maker, gave me a fair quote based on other companies I called, called when the part came in to schedule an appointment to install it and they’re very professional and courteous throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

Chose repair site based on reviews and I was not disappointed. Technician showed up promptly even though it was on a Sunday. Paul determined the problem with our ice maker and went over options. He made some adjustments, checked operating temperature and water feed determined we had a malfunctioning mother board but we did not have to replace it after the instructions he gave us. Charges were fair and I would recommend him for appliance repairs!

I found E-Genious on Thumb Tack probably 2 years ago. I have had them come and fix ice makers,washer dryers and look at a wine cooler. Always appointments withen a day or two. Always in time,polite and honest. I reccomend them on ND and Ballentyne Connections when ever I can Their prices are very fair.

Service Technician Mike arrived promptly at our home, following a text message with picture indicating he was en route. Once Mike arrived, he listened to the symptoms our refrigerator was exhibiting. After he examined the unit, he correctly diagnosed the cause as iced over freezer section air vents. He advised us to unplug the unit for 24 hours to let it thaw, then plug it back in to see if it worked properly. He said we could call back within the week for follow up at no additional cost if necessary. We followed Mike’s advice, and our refrigerator is now working perfectly. Thanks to Mike and SmartFix Appliance Repair for a job well done!

EDIT: I was able to get a full refund and an apology for unsatisfactory service. They assured me this was not normal for their company and I was pleased with their quick resolution. It was not a great experience with this company. They came out for a broken fridge and charged $280 to clean ice out of the freezer. I cleaned the ice out of the fridge to avoid paying another $180. Even though I asked the tech if he was sure that was the only problem, he said it should be working again. It broke again a week later. I called a new company who immediately identified the problem as a defrost issue. I was very disappointed that we paid a lot of money only to have the same issue the next week.

The ice maker on our refrigerator has not worked for over a year and a half. Our request for service had a quick response for scheduling. The repairman was prompt and quickly identified the issue. He provided the repair cost and had the part on hand. We can now get cold water and ice from our refrigerator. Thanks for your great service Smart Fix.

Called SmartFix to look at my fridge due to it not making ice and cooling improperly . I was able to get on their schedule quickly and the tech came out within the time frame . Ultimately it was not worth getting the fridge fixed as there were many problems . This company will help to resolve all issues as they arrive . Thanks SmartFix for your help

Don't use this company. I've been waiting since April for my ice maker repair! They've lost 2 parts. They don't answer the phone and when they do the guy is in the Phillipines . It is ridiculous!!!

On time, speedy repair. They first hit a roadblock when our built-in ice maker didn’t have an easy way to access. Quickly tried a few other options, and didn’t let it stop them. Thank you for fixing our ice maker!

Moses came to diagnose and service a non-working light in our vent hood and a non-working ice maker in December of 2023. He said he would come back when he ordered the parts. He then came and "repaired" Ice maker and said he would come back for the light. The ice maker still does not work and he never returned for the light. We are out $653, which we paid upfront...

C&E are Awesome !! I called for service on my Samsung washer that was given us issue and they came out the next day . God be hold my fridge was not making ice for some reason , They looked at both issues for the same $$ visit cost and was able to get the parts and repair both appliance's on returned visit back to my home . This company Rocks !!

Moses installed a new ice maker and water valve in our refrigerator. Neither one of us noticed until after he left (after it was dark outside!) that the lights in the freezer section did not work. I contacted Moses and he returned and determined a new switch was needed. He installed the switch today and all is working well. Moses was friendly and professional. It was obvious he emphasizes making the customer happy. He has my recommendation.
