Repairs the ice maker.

My icemaker was not dispensing ice. I called Mr. appliance. After spending $700 my icemaker still doesn’t dispense ice. Anthony just guessed at what was wrong and cost me a lot of money.

I had Mr Appliance out three times. Once for a stand alone ice maker and they were able to fix it back in 2019, great no issues. I had them out for the main refrigerator Whirlpool gallery model. The first time the person came our bragging about his awards in the company etc which is completely fine and cool. Told me the ice maker was the reason the ice was not making and the freezer was not as cold. So i replace the ice maker. It did not solve the issue. So i paid again for them to come out. This time. same guy, told me it was the evaporator coil and that it was restricted. I elected to not get the repair because it was $700. I bought a new fridge and used the old one for a garage drink cooler since the fridge section was cool enough. Fast forward, i decided to have sears repair out to look at it. He charged it with FREON and ordered a small fan. It fixed the issue... How could this be so misdiagnosed for the most simple fix for not freezing/cooling? Your reply was instant. There is no way you know what customer this was for. How can you explain the first visit where we were told it was the ice maker? I've spoke to multiple people in the HOA about the service you provide and they had the same experience. I suggest you double check your "top techs". I don't want to harm anyone's reputation but when it literally cost me $4000 ...
