We had Roia work on two refrigerators beginning in May 2023. The first issue (beverage fridge), was diagnosed and repaired promptly. The bigger issue was an inoperable ice-maker on a large fridge. The techs were great and worked with the manufacturer in trying to diagnose. Several parts were replaced and we spent over $600 (so far) trying to fix this issue unsuccessfully . Their last visit was in January 2024 and since then countless texts and voicemails have gone unanswered. We still have no ice. Very poor customer service.

Found Roia on the web when searching for a local appliance repair company to fix two ice makers. They set up an initial appointment within one day, came and assessed the issues, ordered the parts and returned to complete the job very quickly. Micheal Roia is professional, was on time for our appointment, and explained the issues. I would highly recommend this company
