I called another company the first time and all they could do was tell me my freezer wasn’t cold enough to make ice, it was 9 degrees in the freezer, and my compressor was going bad. All my food was frozen solid. They Could sell me another refrigerator and deliver it the next day. Mine refrigerator is 2 yrs old. Wasn’t going for that. I called Shannon’s Appliance Repair and explained my ice maker quit working. He asked several questions over the phone and told me my ice maker needed replaced and he ordered one that day and set an appointment to come out and install it once he received it. Very knowledgeable, knows what he’s doing and friendly. He is my new repair man when needed. Highly recommend.
