Andy benage was a very hard worker and knew his job very well. He found my gas leaks and sealed them up and took some old pipes out that wasn’t even being used for anything. He was professional and on time. He went over everything with me before doing the work so I knew what was going on and what needed to be done in order to fix the issue. He did a wonderful job and in the future I will be calling Hoffman brothers for future repairs. I highly recommend them. They were on time and came out the same day I called. Which made things so much easier and faster. And we beat the ice storm right before it hit. I was so happy and glad. Thanks again

Jamie was on time, courteous, great at communicating and diagnosing the issues we had with our ice maker, assessing the needs to install a garbage disposal, and moving an outdoor spigot to a more convenient location not under our deck. He was very professional and mindful of our requests not to let the pets out as he was in and out doing his work. We are very happy we chose to use Hoffmann Brothers for our plumbing needs. Worth every penny! Other companies offer a free estimate and we debated going with others for that reason , but we would have had to schedule an estimate and then the work through 2 separate appointments and wait for an estimate to be drawn up. Hoffman Brothers charged a $95 service call to come out, give an estimate on the spot, then when we accepted the cost of repairs they did the work right there in 3 hours time. Convenient, and Jamie was very well managing his time on the job!

Terrible service across the board. I called Hoffman to come out and check our my refrigerator that is acting up. The refrigerator doesn't always stay cold, but is most the time. I told them the thermostat never appears to be accurate so maybe that is the issue. The guy looked at the fridge and said it was working properly for him at the time so there's nothing he can do. I explained it works most the time but will get really warm a couple times a day (to the point all the ice melts). I asked if he could recommend what was wrong but said he couldn't. Anyway, he charged me the service fee and then just tried to sell me a new fridge for $2,000. He did mention I had 30 days to have someone come back out. I recently called back within the 30 days to have someone come out and the person on the helpline said I was outside 30 days. Which I was not since February is a short month and it has only been 29 days since my service. Then she said the technician didn't mark on the invoice he would come back out so there's nothing they could do. I had Hoffman come out with the promise the service charge would be good for 30 days, so they lied about that and gave very minimal effort to fix my refrigerator. Would give less than 1 star if possible. Basically they collected my service fee and tried to sell me a fridge and called it a day.
