Best Ice Maker Repair Companies in Affton, Missouri

I wish that I could give them no stars. My experience was terrible just recently. We were in the negatives with ice and snow on the ground last week when my water heater went out. I have two kids. I called this company for help . It was Thursday and they scheduled for Monday. I decided to wait for them thinking that they care about their customers in the terrible cold weather. Monday they showed up and I was told to give them 2 days so they can find the part. So I waited for two more days without hot water in the freaking freezing temperature. Now it was the 7th day and I get a call from them saying that they can’t find the part and they are too busy to deal with this and gave me a different plumber number. Unbelievable. I don’t appreciate u wasting my time with two children. U shouldn’t have taken the job if ur not keeping ur promises to get it done. U could have recommended a replacement or anything to fix our problem. U know that I waited 7 days and then ur company decided not to do anything. I do not recommend this place to anyone bcs u could end just like me without help. Shame on u guys.
