Responsive, on time, transparent, efficient, friendly, trusted, and delivered high quality work that he stands behind at a very reasonable price. He diagnosed the problem with our dead 20 y/o Subzero freezer, got the parts, and repaired it quickly. Would use again and recommend for any appliance problem.

I had a very positive experience with Jerel helping to fix our ice maker. Took a few tries with finding the right part for our older freezer and Jerel was extremely responsive and helpful in problem solving and seeing it through until we got the ice maker back working 100%. Reasonably priced and very professional. Highly recommend.

Excellent service would highly recommend. I called for service on my refrigerator and freezer and the technician came out the next day. The technician was highly skilled and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem. The technician was very friendly, courteous, quick and put everything back in place. Our LG freezer developed a leak the day after Christmas. Having read good reviews, we contacted Jogi. In short order his team came to our Manhattan apartment, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part for ASAP delivery, returned to fix it and clean up the icy mess. Nice people, efficient, 100% professional. Everything went exactly the way you'd hope a repair would go.

Only gripe is that they came very late, 3:30 PM for a 10AM appointment. They fixed the leak and cleaned out the freezer bottom in half an hour. They are neat and friendly.

I hesitated to post this review because I do not like leaving bad reviews for local small businesses. However, I had a bad experience and I think it’s worth sharing. About 1.5 months ago, I began experiencing issues with my Electrolux refrigerator (I have a large, side by side fridge and freezer unit and the fridge side stopped cooling). I went back and forth with Electrolux for a few weeks regarding warranties and decided to call Mr Appliance. The owner was very courteous and professional and I decided that I did not mind paying out of pocket, since the business seemed great and I could resolve the issue more quickly. A technician arrived the following day and I he arrived on time. He looked at my unit for about ten minutes and informed me of the problem. However, after diagnosing the issue, the tech told me that he was not interested in the job. He cited my hardwood floors and explained that he didn’t want to move my unit out from the wall due to the possibility that my floors would be scratched. He said that I would have to move the appliance myself, or he was leaving. I said that I could not move it myself and he left, making it clear he wasn’t interested in the work (which would have been between 1-1.5k). I called the owner right away and he said that the tech was citing an pass insurance issue where a tech scratched a floor, and the owner again asked that I move the unit myself. I said no way. Why would I spend a large sum of money to hire a professional, and be asked to move the appliance myself? The owner promised to call me back the following day, and he never did. Both the tech and the owner ended up being very unprofessional, and wasted my time. I had another company complete the job (and found out that the unit has wheels on the bottom—something obvious from a basic review of the unit, making the issue about moving the unit and my floors not even a problem). It’s a shame that the owner did not have enough professional curtesy to call me back after the technician wasted my time. I certainly won’t be calling them again for any of my appliance needs moving forward, and I personally caution against using them for a larger job following my recent experience (since they appeared uninterested in professional curtesy, and problem solving, as well as a basic diagnostic of my unit) .

Jogi was able to order my freezer door very quickly and he called me up 3 days later to let me know it arrived. Edwin was able to install the door within minutes the very next day. After he got the freezer door in he was able to answer any questions I had. Jogi called me back later to see how the refrigerator was doing. Both of them cared about me as the customer and what they were doing to fix my problem.
