My freezer wasn't cooling properly which also affected the fridge side. When the technician came, he tested using his volt meter and found that the thermostat was bad. I wouldn't say the price was particularly low but the repair was done quickly and thoroughly. It was about $325 total to have this replaced. I requested a follow up appointment a few days later (this was at no extra cost since it was just a follow up) for the technician to just make sure everything was working properly after the repair and after the fridge was running for a few days. All in all, I would use them again if I had another appliance issue.

Our tech, Peter, did a great job looking over our freezer and giving us tips. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about his job. The only negative was that while booking our appointment I was informed that the brand of our freezer would make the appointment more expensive than the advertised price.

Our freezer stopped working and we called Mr. Appliance to determine what it would take to fix it. Scheduling the appointment was easy, they were very flexible with my schedule. The technician Alex was very professional and quickly identified the root cause of the problem. I agreed to the service/repairs which required ordering a couple parts. Parts arrived fast within 24 to 48hrs then the office contacted me to schedule the install. Alex arrived as scheduled and quickly swapped out the parts.
