Jonathan came out to our house on time to diagnosis the problem we were having with our refrigerator/freezer not cooling. He quickly diagnosed the problem, checked for availability of parts, and he was able to come back the next day (Saturday) to install defrost sensor (gone bad). Refrigerator like new! Humming along.
