Fix It Appliance Service came out to my house to diagnose why my refrigerator and freezer were no longer cooling. Wisam was on time, polite and very professional. After looking at my refrigerator, he found that the compressor had gone bad and it would be quite expensive to fix it. He asked to see my receipt, reviewed the owners manual, and found that I was only a week out of the LG warranty, so he suggested I call LG and see if they could help me out. LG customer support came through and is covering my repairs both parts and labor. If it wasn’t for Wisam suggesting that I call LG I would’ve had a very expensive bill to pay. I am so very thankful for the help and advice that I received from him. He went way above and beyond and I’m very grateful. I would highly recommend them and if I ever need any type of appliance service, they will be the company that I call.
