LG is a pain in the YKW, but Dillon and HTHs managed to lessen the sting. In both visits Dillon was open, honest and professional. He described what he was finding and what needed to be done in his opinion. He diagnosed down to something relatively simple and had the issue resolved in about an hour. After 2+ months of not having a fully functional refrigerator, I can honestly say that it is now working better than it ever has in the 4 yrs I’ve owned it. That’s even when brand new! The fridge and freezer are spot on in their respective set temps and I couldn’t be more pleased. Now it’s an LG French door so this bliss will only last so long, but Dillon said they will take care of any future issues that arise, and I have no doubt he/they will!

Jason was the technician that completed the repairs to our Samsung refrigerator. He was well versed in the issues that this model refrigerator has. I have been living with ice buildup under the freezer drawer for several years, he had the parts on his truck to remedy the issue. He also repaired the ice maker that had stopped making ice. Once again he had the parts required in his service truck. Very professional service and a great experience using this company.
