Brian is amazing and provides 10/10 service!! Last night I noticed my refrigerator/freezer was no longer cold and was leaking EVERYWHERE. I was hopeful that I had just left the door open, and that it would resolve its self by morning-- unfortunately that was not the case. I called Cox Appliance Service first thing and Brian was able to fit me in to his schedule within just a few hours and he fixed the fridge for a great price! Amazing service! Thank you so much Brian!

Brian came out today to help me out with a chest freezer, and left me very happy with his services. He was responsive, affordable, showed up when he said he would, and demonstrated the professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency that you would expect from a seasoned pro.

Had an issue with my sub-zero freezer. The technican came out on time and repaired the issue. That is all I can hope for. He was courteous and informative. I will continue to use them as needs arise.

We wouldn't have anyone but CJ Appliance Repair take care of our appliance repairs. Colby, Jimmy and Dustin have all been involved in some major repairs for us, including complete rebuild of a Sub-Zero refrigerator. First the freezer side a few years ago, and most recently the refrigerator side. Even though the Sub-Zero was over 35 years old, we appreciated that they could rebuild it and save us the big expense of replacing it. They've also done repairs on our dryer and appliances at a rental property. Hannah is on top of scheduling and we always have a quick response when we need something done. All of the work is explained and everyone is super nice and has good communication about what to expect, and when they're coming. They know what they're doing and are the best at what they do!

Responded within a day, took 10 minutes to see what the problem was, ordered a part, and returned three days later to repair the refrigerator. Very happy in his promptness, for his knowledge to repair, and his taking separate calls to assure that refrigerator needed time to return to normal freezer and refrigerator numbers. I would use CJs again. Recommend.

Very positive experience with repair work to my Electrolux freezer. The service tech, Jimmy, was very knowledgeable and professional. They responded to the problem quickly and were very good to communicate and answer my questions. I highly recommend them.

We had Lake Appliance out twice for a problem with our Refrigerator/freezer. We had 2 different technicians, and they were both fantastic. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and worked hard. The issue with our freezer looked like a defective seal. Chase ordered a new seal and came back as soon as it arrived to install it. It appeared fixed, but a few weeks later we had the same issue. Lake sent Levi out within a couple of days. He also thought it was the seal, but did some research and found out it could be a different issue. After checking into it, Levi discovered it was the other and fixed it immediately. We have been very impressed with Lake and highly recommend them. We cannot speak toward their fees because our refrigerator is under warranty.

Chase was great! He told us what was wrong with our freezer and gave us options on how to fix it. He was upfront on the cost.

Parts were ordered for my freezer and repairs were made in just a couple of days after they were received. Repair man very professional and efficient.

Freezer was frosting over and dripping below. Billy came promptly and found ice had formed so it could not close all the way. Probably from food blocking at some point. No parts needed on 12+ year old GE so fixed quickly. Well trained guy I would use again.

My refrigerator is nice and cold now and my freezer is blowing the air down into my fridge.

Overall my experience with the tech was good the phone representative was okay as well but my issue was with the service on callbacks. What I mean is the first visit. I had an error with my freezer making a noise and being i didnt have it plugged up long enough for the noise to start the tech didnt know what the issue was. So as he was leaving my freezer started making the noise and i ran out to flag the tech down but he couldn't see me. So i called the company back to ask if they can have the tech turn around. But they said i had to make another appointment witch i had to wait a whole week for the tech to come back out. Waist of both our times and our money

Most professional service company I’ve ever used. On time and great communication. They worked tirelessly to repair my Frigidaire freezer at a great price. Honest and reliable service.

I recently bought a refrigerator from them. I had it for one day and sent it back. Because it wasn't cooling and they brought me another. I had the refrigerator just long enough for the 90 day labor warranty to run out. The freezer went out of the refrigerator!! I had them come and work on it. They charged me $130 dollars to fix it. Yes they give me the little $20 part. I think their products are trash and I got ripped off!! I will never buy anything else from them again. BEWARE PEOPLE; THEIR APPLIANCES ARE JUNK!!

Quickly diagnosed problem. Went to bat with Samsung. Installed brand new freezer door under warranty!

Drain was plugged in freezer causing ice and water to spill out on the floor. Jason unplugged the drain cleaned up the refrigerator. Did a terrific job. I would recommend Jason and his company to anyone who might have a problem with their appliances and or TVs.

Find a different company. Samsung approved my warranty repairs and sent these guys out. They came out and told Samsung the unit was damaged. It was not damaged it was broken due to a known design issue, i.e. broken freezer door handle mounts. They prevented me from getting my fridge covered under an extended warranty. Cost me an extra 400 dollars out of pocket. Steer clear of this company.

The service technicians have been very professional they do good work when they are not hovered over or being baby sat. They don't waiste your time or theirs. I have had a dishwasher and a ice machine (refrigerator/freezer) fixed. I hope it stays that way I'm sure there will be a next time.

We had ice forming at the bottom of our freezer. Repair guy said is was due to a clogged line preventing water from draining into the pan beneath the unit. He spent less than 30 minutes using a steamer to unclog the drain line. A week later it's doing the same thing. We were charged $150. What a rip off !

Mr Brian a tech that work on refrigerator/freezer did a great job,,, in a timely manor anddid a great job , I will now from here on out recommend A1 Appliance Service Inc .
