Freezer temperature control not working…stuck on coldest cycle. Ryan arrived on time, assessed the problem and immediately eased my concerns. He was courteous, personable and very knowledgeable. He disassembled my freezer, fixed the problem, and reassembled everything in record time. No more ice chunks forming in my freezer. Very happy with his service and the results. Will definitely use Mr. Appliance again when necessary!

Called last week and booked an appointment to have a technician come look at our freezer for repair. The technician never showed up! I called to find out when the technician planned on showing up, and they said they never put the appointment on their schedule and that they don't even service zip code 32309. Went over a week with a broken freezer and now have to go longer and find another company to help!

Very informative young man, he fixed the bad instillation of the freezer door handle, that fell off freezer door just 17 days after New Refrigerator was delivered and set up. He even frond the clips that were broken during installation at a local warehouses, drove across town, came back with new clips and installed them properly 👏👏👏 Will use them again if new !!!!👍👏👏

Mr. Appliance… What a great experience. Scheduling was so easy. I was kept in formed, reminded of the appointment, with a picture of my technician. He arrived exactly when he said he would. Assessed the problem and was willing to make a 15 minute drive to pick up the part come back and complete the repair. The freezer is now working absolutely fantastic and I definitely have a new favorite appliance repair company. Ryan was absolutely professional and respectful. He left everything as he found it.
