First class operation from making the appointment to Max showing up on time for the repair. He took the time to troubleshoot (refrigerator ice maker) and explain, in great detail, the essence of the problem and potential solutions. A fair price with fantastic results. This company will be my “go-to” team for appliance repairs in the future.

Max arrived on time which is a big plus for home repair. Our problem was the ice maker on an older refrigerator. The part was not available, Max found a newer model that was in his truck he fixed the problem. If the other techs are as knowledgeable and friendly as Max, I strongly recommend them.

Waking up to a defrosting freezer that is FULL and a lukewarm refrigerator is no fun!! And, on a Saturday!!! Called Mark Appliance and Repair. Not only were they open (so many weren't), they were able to come out within a couple of hours of my call - again on a Saturday nonetheless! Slava Kabatsky came out - what a NICE & knowledgeable man!! He cleaned the coils (even when you think you do a good job cleaning them yourself, you never reach all the way) and found the problem. A broken compressor relay switch. And, he had the part in the truck!! Slava saved the day!! And soo reasonably priced, waaaay cheaper than getting a new fridge. I will call Mark Appliance Repair for any appliance repairs that I need and recommend them to anyone looking for appliance repair as well. Call them, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Slava!

I had an excellent experience with this company. They were able to come out quickly to figure out what was wrong with the refrigerator/freezer. Once we decided to repair it, they fixed it right away the next day. The workers were both very friendly and professional. I feel they were also reasonably priced in comparison to other companies I called. I would definitely use them again (Hopefully I won't need to!) and recommend them to anyone I know.

I have known Chris for 20 years. I'm very impressed by his abilities. He has performed multiple installations and services for my company and at my home. It is amazing that he can do all phases of heating and refrigeration. Air-conditioning or walk in freezers. 20 years ago Chris worked for me rebuilding AC lines and hoses for cars. I'm proud of his accomplishments and the professional that he is. I give him my highest recommendation.

Repair person said I needed a thermostat which GE no longer made. I called GE and they sent their repair person who had a completely different diagnosis. The freezer had "frozen up" and just needed to be defrosted by unplugging for 24 hours. Saved me buying a new refrigerator.

Many thanks to Alfredo and AACO. My freezer stopped cooling and I made the mistake of calling a different service company first. The tech they sent knew nothing and then I called AACO. They were so nice, friendly and understanding. She dispatched Alfredo within 2 hours. Alfredo saved my refrigerator!! He is the best. He knew right away my problem and fixed it!!! He was great and I wouldn’t call anyone else for appliance repair. And I will recommend him to all who need repairs.

I called Famous Tate's for a referral after the Sub Zero frig I purchased from them 18 years ago started to malfunction and was given the number for AACO. I called and spoke with Irene there on a Saturday morning. Irene asked if I needed them there on Saturday and I told her the frig was still cold and could wait until Monday. On Monday morning the repair showed up at my house to check it out. He was easy to talk to, checked several things out, noted that the ice tray was overfilling as well as the error codes and concluded that the top shelf of the freezer was over stuffed with bagged items and was blocking the flow of air into the vent. We could not be sure if that would totally fix the problem, but taking a wait and see approach resulted in a modest service charge for the visit, and resulted in the freezer hitting its 0 degree setting 24 hours later. I had left a message when I returned from work Monday evening as the freezer was at 9 degrees. Irene returned my call that very evening and told me to give the frig a chance to reach it setting. She was right. These are good conscientious people and I would not hesitate to call them again.

First time call for fridge/freezer not cooling properly after unplugging/reset & cleaning coils didn't resolve problem. Tech arrived within a few hours of my call & quickly diagnosed the issue, had the needed part on his truck & had it fixed in no time.
