Extended warranty company on my fridge required me to use them. Took 4 days for them to come out. Ordered parts and came back 10 days later and installed them. Said it was fixed but fridge still won’t cool. Called them the next morning and was told I would have to file new claim with extended warranty. Called different repair company who was able to fit me in that day that fixed the problem in 10 minutes. Back panel in freezer was not secured. Cost me $100 but at least my fridge works now. No thanks to mid America!!!!!!
