I am 100% satisfied with the service AJ provided. He came out to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator/freezer not cooling. He took the time to talk with me beforehand and explain a known problem with LG refrigerators. He suspected this could be the problem with my refrigerator and told me he would not be able to fix it if that was the case. I decided it was worth paying the very reasonable service fee in case he could get the fridge working again. He was able to give me a next-day appointment (very important when your fridge is not working!), sent me a confirmation message the day before, texted me to let me know he was on his way, and showed up at the promised time. He was very thorough in checking everything with the fridge, and explained everything to me. Unfortunately, my fridge did have the un-fixable problem he had suspected, but I'm very glad I had him check before I threw away a large appliance if it could have been fixed. He even took the time to look at the specs of the replacement fridge I was thinking about buying, and gave me some advice about that model and new fridges in general. Overall, AJ was extremely professional and also kind. He was sympathetic to the emergency of having a major appliance fail, and did everything he could to help me get it taken care of as quickly as possible. If any other appliance in my house fails, I will definitely call him! I highly recommend Elevate Appliance Repair. This is a level of service that we just don't get from many people these days.

This sounds like a cliche, but I can't recommend Elevate and AJ highly enough. AJ definitely knew the ins and outs of the ice maker on my 13 year old fridge. It threw us a lot of curves, but he was like a dog with a bone, trying to get to the bottom of things. We tested things multiple times. He doesn't give up. He is not one to do a sloppy job. Eventually, he tracked down the issue and I now have a functioning ice maker. He is smart, professional, courteous, and was fun to talk to even while his head was in the freezer. He didn't charge for multiple visits. And, responsive as the day is long, even on the weekends. He definitely knows appliances as I asked about a few others in my home. I wish I had another broken appliance so I could hire AJ!! If you ever have an appliance repair, you will be very happy with Elevate.

We had an excellent experience using Elevate Appliance Repair twice now! AJ, the owner, is responsive, courteous, and goes out of his way to deliver top notch service. He repaired our dryer and even went the extra mile to perform standard maintenance that it needed. He also quickly diagnosed a fridge/freezer problem and resolved the issue quickly. Will only be using Elevate from here on out. AJ is knowledgeable, professional, and so so friendly. We are referring all of our family and friends to him now. Couldn’t be happier!

We had a refrigerator/freezer that was not working well. We called on a Monday morning first thing and by 1 pm our problem was fixed! Very professional and prompt! I would use Omega Force again for our next repair job.

Polite technicians, but my freezer/fridge problem was not fixed after two technician home visits and a master technician video call, and a final promise that a manager would contact me about the unresolved issue. I was told that my issue would be put in priority status (or similar words). Several days later and I have not heard a word. I believe the technicians and master technician knew that the part they installed was a waste of time and money. The part--a rubber freezer door lining--was an exorbitant $179, although they took $20 off, presumably because they felt guilty for charging me anything at all. I would not call Omega again.

They did a great job and fixed my freezer quickly. I would definitely hire Omega again.

Collin arrived on time and fixed our freezer/fridge in less than an hour. All for a reasonable price. He was friendly, left the area he worked in clean and gave us an estimate before doing the work. Highly recommend!

the light in the freezer top does not work. Please send someone out to fix this please.

Really disappointed with their customer service and backing the products they sell. Bought a $2000 refrigerator freezer 18 months ago had service techs out 4 times for various issues. Did not buy the extended warranty, we never do, and the last service tech gave an estimate of $1200 to try and fix it, but did not believe that would even fix it. He thought it was sold that way with the freezer never at freezing temperatures. We have always bought our appliances from Warner Stellian, but never again. They would not even offer to give us any credit towards a new one. Considering the appliance is 18 months old and has never worked properly they really don't back what they sell. $2000 for a refrigerator that never worked right in 18 months should be exchanged or at least a credit towards a new one. Buyer beware of their integrity

Awful customer service post purchase. We bought a LG refrigerator, and the install team did great, worked fine for 1.5 yrs. Came back from vacation to a warm fridge/freezer, LG internal diagnostics found nothing wrong. I called Warner's Stellian about a repair, but if you don't buy their extended warranty, they will not with any follow-up repairs (even if it would have been out-of-pocket) that might be needed. Engineered obsolescence might be the new standard, so shame on me for not shelling out more for extended warranties - but they are guiltless in selling you something that will stop working after a year or two, then tell you, "good luck, talk to the manufacturer!"

Paul Nickalous was great. Very helpful. Wanted a feezer chest the same day. He looked up my options, found everything they had in stock, walked me through pricing and options, and I went home with a new freezer. Had it up and running in the garage a couple hours after I walked into Werner's.

I was just in Warners’ Stellian and was being helped by an older gentleman. He did not have the time of day for my husband and I even though we were there to spend money. I have never been treated so poorly by a worker in my life. Yes we’re young but we can still afford the $1500 freezer we were about to purchase but now we will be taking our business elsewhere due to one poor salesman!
