Before we called Hoffman Brothers we wasted our time with another local company whose technician looked at our Whirlpool Fridge, shrugged his shoulders and said I have no idea what’s wrong. Carter stops by from Hoffman Brothers 12 min after I get a call and a text asking if it’s still convenient. Carter is trained on Fridgere. He opened the freezer and said I know what this is and dove in!!!! ITS FIXED. He as Los saw that we had other issues with the unit s as nd addressed them! WOW Polite, fast friendly EXPERt Service. Thank you !

After diagnosing the problem with our upright freezer two weeks ago, Don returned today with the replacement part and now our freezer is humming quietly once again. Thanks, Don!

Before he even looked at my refrigerator, he tried to sell me a service contract and then a refrigerator. Then proceeded to vacuum out the coils in the back. Then removed the ice build up on my freezer area. Matt told me it had him stumped and if it didn't get cold in 24 hours to call him back and his supervisor would come back with him to look at it. He also said he didn't think it was going to get cold. All this cost we'll over $300. By the way it still doesn't work. VERY UNHAPPY WITH HOFFMAN BROTHERS. Holy cow don't call Hoffman 😡

Technician Scott did an outstanding job of diagnosing the problem with our upright freezer, ruling out the major issues (sealed system failure and defrost heater) that would make a repair uneconomic, and confirming a defective defrost control board instead. He then obtained costs for the needed parts on the spot, and presented pricing for two repair options and for a total replacement with a new freezer. I could not have asked for a more thorough and professional service call.

Extremely happy with the service from Hoffman Brothers. I appreciated getting a picture of my technician ahead of time. Although the diagnosis on my freezer wasn’t what I was hoping for, he gave me a great explanation and options.

Cody and Max were here yesterday and did another major repair. They were polite, professional and courteous. It is cooling, but the ice is not frozen yet.

DO NOT USE THEM. At first they were very professional. We called to have our Samsung Twin Cooler refrigerator looked at for an ice maker issue(simple issue). They sent out Johnny who fixed the ice maker issue but then told use or tan in our freezer was going out and to replace it before it goes out and become a huge issue. They replaced the fan 3 times along with the control board. Freezer still not working. Then they finally sends out another tech who is Samsung certified just to diagnose our freezer an unrepairable due to a Freon leak. Now mind you we had none of these issues or nothing until Johnny came out who was resent out 4 times before we got a new person. When we bought the refrigerator received all the necessary paperwork of no issues and diagnosis before we even purchased it. Then I’m finally able to speak with Scott supposedly one of the owners. He of course was no help at all. Tried telling me the Freon leak was already there when we purchased it and unfortunately Johnny just did an improper diagnosis. We were refunded everything we spent on parts and service fees but now we’re out a $1500 refrigerator and they are trying to say they have no liability for what happened which they do, but are just refusing to accept responsibility. So if you have any applicable DO NOT use their services. They will damage your appliances and then tell you whatever issue was already preexisting. Trash service and company for sure.

The technician was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, our freezer is not repairable. However, we are thankful that we were able to get the appointment with him the day after we called. That is great service!!! We are very likely to use use ALL AMERICAN APPLIANCE SERVICE again.

Very professional. Took less time than I thought. Found this piece when he brought up the ice from the freezer. Wasn't sure what it is for.

So my mom has used this company for years. I used them 3 years ago when I was rooming with a buddy, freezer started getting ice at the bottom. We would get it all out, and it would be there again in a month. They came over and fixed it in a jif. Just bought a house and they came out and fixed my stove/oven that wouldn’t light. They do great work and are honest about what the problem is and if it’s worth to fix. 11/10 would recommend.

They were fantastic I was very very happy they were able to get there very quickly everyone else was about a week out and they were there the same day. The technician was right knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in detail and it was fantastic. I could not be happier and I'm very happy they got here to fix my refrigerator and my freezer before I lost everything in there and there were $400 they saved me in food cost so thank you very much Great job great service. I highly recommend and if I have another issue with another appliance I will call them first.
