Best Freezer Repair Companies in Springfield, Illinois

Approximately two weeks ago, the energy saver on my Samsung freezer started going off when I would open the door. I kept pushing buttons and thinking that it was going off because I figured something out. But in fact, I had not. I called one local appliance store that said they didn’t work on Samsung’s and recommended Ken’s appliance to me. So I called and because they’re such good company they were booked about a week ahead, but they told me to try a couple of different things. I got to the point where I was hating to open my room freezer for any reason. Opened it last night at about 8 o’clock and as of 5 PM today, it was still making dinging noises. So apparently there was something gone wrong. I texted Ken to show them a picture of the information on my Samsung and they told me that it could be one of two things. One of them would be a wire or another would be some sort of an element. The element was available for purchase So one of their options was for me to put a magnet on the hinge of the freezer and that might stop the beeping noise. They were right. I’m going to have to do something permanent at some point but for now at least I’m not hearing that noise every couple of minutes and it’s not driving me crazy. For taking the time over and over to help me at least get it fixed temporarily. I love to be able to call telephone number and get a friendly voice and that’s what you get when you call Ken’s appliances.

Called for a repair of a standard freezer. They said they couldn't fix it because it was not in a residence, it was in a restaurant. Simple freezer, but they won't look at it due to it's location.
