Advice for anyone ever needing to get an appliance repaired. Stay away from gliedt appliance repair. The worst place and worst customer service I have ever seen. Our fridge has been broken for over a month and the first time a tech came to my house and said nothing was wrong with the fridge. Mind you the temperature in the fridge was 65 and the freezer at 45 and not making any ice. Finally after serveral calls and talking to the place we bought the fridge from did we tell them that we would bring the fridge there ourselves. They ignored our calls all of last week and finally decided to answer the phone. They didn't bother to tell us that there was a part ordered and that it was on back order. They are a bunch of rude people and had to call the manufacturer and come to find out they put the fridge in their name and the manufacturer called this company up and is sending the part to them. I'm not confident at all that this part is going to fix the fridge. They are claiming it's the main control board and I don't think this would affect the cooling system.
