My fridge wasn’t maintaining its temperature set-point as noticed by the ice melting that was in the ice maker in the freezer, then refreezing. I called Spark because they have a lot of really good reviews on here. They had someone out in just a couple hours and the issue was fixed shortly after. The technician had diagnosed it quickly as a fan failure. He replaced that with parts he had on hand and a week later I haven’t had any issues with my fridge. The price seemed reasonable too at $490, although I didn’t feel like shopping around when I have a fridge full of food ready to go bad if I delayed any. All things considered, I’m happy I called Spark and I would call them again in the future if other appliances malfunction on me. I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work and quick service

Yurii is amazing, efficient and really good at his job. We have a couple of really old appliances where the doors were not fully closing: a freezer and an oven. Yurii is quick to triage and determine the fix. The freezer had a loose screw that needed to be tighten in order for the door to fully close, and the oven needed a hinge and igniter replacement (the hinge he said is hard to find parts for and another option would be to replace the oven entirely). Luckily the parts were found. I was so happy to see Spark Appliance send Yurii again for the oven fix because the freezer wasn’t closing again. Yurii determined and showed me that the screw in the freezer is old/loose/short so he replaced the old screw with a longer one. I’m feeling pretty confident about this recent fix and know where to look if this old refrigerator falls apart again. The oven now closes so well. Yurii fixed it pretty quickly—he knows what he’s doing and saved my landlord from purchasing new appliances.
