I have an older high end GE profile that wouldn't cool down below 18°.I called WeFix and they showed up about 2-3 hours later. Diagnosed to be a bad fan In the freezer. Ordered part on Friday and retur Ed on Monday and fixed the freezer. It now cools at 0° as it should. Great services rendered.

The technician Dima arrived at my home on time. As he was entering my home, he slammed my glass door against my porch with no apology. We discussed the issue I was having, proceeded to take my refrigerator about, banging the pieces against my floor and cabinets, again, no apology. My freezer doors are now dented. Put my refrigerator back together and didn’t hook the compressor together and had to it back apart and the same letting pieces bang and drop. He told me of “possible” things that could be wrong and said a control panel might fix it and showed me an invoice for an almost $500 part and I asked if he could test it and he said no, when I know in that it can be tested to let you know if it’s working properly. I told him I would pay the service fee, but wasn’t willing to put out $500 on a “maybe” fix. He then laughed at me, LAUGHED at me. I have never been treated so disrespectful in my home before. I will never get over how I was treated by a “professional” and will never use this company again.
