We called your business when our 15yr old GE fridge stopped cooling earlier this week. Steve & I feared the worst - that we'd have to replace it for thousands of dollars. Your friendly tech, Dimitri came out with another nice guy & quickly diagnosed it as needing a new fan which they had in their van. It was replaced by the tech who even went above & beyond by cleaning some melted ice cream inside the freezer. We were delighted that they fixed it on the spot and think they did a fantastic job at a reasonable price!

I highly recommend Leo with EHS to fix your appliances. He did an amazing job getting our freezer working. We were having issues with our 20+ year Viking refrigerator, the freezer wasn’t getting cold enough. We originally had another company come out but after spending a lot of money with them the issue wasn’t fully fixed. We were referred to Leo and we are so lucky that we met him. He was very knowledgeable and highly skilled at fixing our refrigerator. Leo was also honest when it came to the extent of repair required and respected our budget constraints. I also appreciated that he did not try to upsell me on additional work. It is so awesome having our freezer working again! Thank you!

Jerry has fixed my dishwasher twice now. In 2021 it was leaking on the floor. Jerry fixed the leak, and several other things. For my freezer, he installed a new ice maker. Today he fixed a loose handle on the dishwasher. I consider Jerry, as a repairman, a genius. He takes apart very complex and overlapping machine parts, repairs them, and reassembles them quickly and efficiently. Besides that he is quiet, friendly, and easy to talk with. I would like to get him for any and every repair job I ever have. I think EIIS appliance repair is very fortunate to have this man on staff!

Had a Sub Zero freezer and a Marvel beverage cooler repaired. Leo was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great communication through ordering the parts to scheduling the work.

My subzero freezer decided to stop cooling , I called EHS and they had a tech out right away. They were very helpful, friendly, and quick to repair the problem. He also looked at my marvel mini fridge and had that up and running for me as well. Would 10/10 recommend these guys and will be using them for any future issues.

Liked the ease of booking, and quick response (the next day). But there ends the pros. They did not finish the job. He said i needed to not use the refrigerator for a day so it can defrost and drain. But it would have taken him 15 minutes with a steamer (that he said he had with him), but instead quoted a crazy $200 for what should have been covered in the service already - and justified it saying it will take him 2 hours - which was a ridiculous lie. My regret is that i didn’t call out the ridiculousness in person, right then! When i declined, saying i can defrost and put it back together instead of letting it be off for a day, the dude’s demeanor went from professional to judgy and rude. It took me 30 minutes altogether to ensure all the ice was melted and drained with a hair dye, and to assemble it back. If your issue is minor (reddit can confirm) and If you have any ability to fix things yourself and can spare the time, you are better off DIY instead of getting baited to pay crazy high add ons to get a proper job done from these guys. EDITED to respond to Business's response: Your response glosses over a lot of the details making you seem more reasonable than you were. 1. The choice was given when the freezer was all disassembled, and if I hadn't had the ability to put it back myself - the only choice I had if I can't not use the refrigerator was to fork over the extra $200 - so it wasn't really a choice but an ultimatum. 2. When I said I can take care of it, and I had disassembled and assembled the freezer back your exact response was - "no way! you did not do that by yourself" and I had to show you pictures to convince you. 3. Up until that point- I clearly explained why I was standing by you - because I needed to let insurance know the root cause, send pictures, the parts, etc. And at one point you asked me to give space and I stopped taking pictures then. 4. You also seem to imply I wanted the entire thing to be free of charge. That's silly and underhanded. Especially because I never questioned ANY amount you quoted, and paid you for the work despite you not having put my freezer back. So basically I paid you for the full work but you did not have the integrity to be true to the job you came to do! And now you are telling me a story about what it would take to defrost a coil. Buddy - I did it, and I know it doesn't take an hour, let alone the two you claimed you will need. So - with all due respect - you can be rest assured I won't be using your again. Because you are dishonest at worst, and unreasonable at best. Cheers!

The water drain was backed up in our refrigerator causing ice to form in the bottom of the freezer. Leonid came out during the time range promised. He repaired it in about an hour. Showed me it was draining. Very professional, cleaned up an the refrigerator is back up and running

Leo did a great job repairing our freezer. Response time was fast (the day after I called), he explained clearly what needed to be done, and did it quickly and efficiently! Would definitely recommend!

Mike came out to fix my GE fridge. It wasn't getting cold on the top. Freezer was ok. He repaired it. Mike was very professional, very clean, took time to show me some things I never knew about running the fridge at its optimum settings. I would most definitely use 98 Appliance again.

Our old Whirlpool Freezerator was icing up, worse lately. Food items with horizontal surfaces quickly collected ice, & the bottom basket along with its contents would all freeze together. I found Mr Fridge online yesterday; they scheduled a repair guy for today. He came (so promptly); he saw (identified the problem); & he conquered it! My freezer wasn’t staying cold enough and Mr. Fridge provided me with excellent and incredibly thorough support and service! Not only did they quickly fix my problem for an affordable price, but they went above and beyond my expectations by cleaning my freezer- even vacuuming behind it!- and offering maintenance tips to keep things working in the future. They were also super kind and friendly, and explained what they were doing every step of the way. Would use again and will highly recommend to friends!

Top notch service. My fridge and freezer were both not cooling adequately. I called Mr. Fridge and they had someone out the next day. He determined the system had a slow leak. The technician added freon and also injected some stop leak, in hopes that the leak was small enough it would fix the problem. Fridge is now running like new! Pricing was upfront and very reasonable. Technician was on time and very friendly. I’m pleased on all fronts! Will certainly use again if needed.
