Our freezer broke and we called Western Alliance Solutions to help. They were responsive, and technician David came the next day when they said he would arrive. He was communicative throughout the whole process, very knowledgeable, and was prevention oriented to help us save $$$ in the future. Should we ever need appliance help in the future, we will definitely be calling Western Alliance Solutions.

My LG Freezer/fridge combo was not working well. I called because I saw good reviews. I don't remember the gentleman I spoke with but he lead me in the correct direction for my warranty and what to watch out for getting my unit serviced or even replaced. He took the time to explain and give advise to a complete random stranger who called him from a Google search. Thank you Appliance Mechanic-I feel very prepared!

My husband and I called Hayden on a late Saturday night before they closed at 10 pm, after discovering our LG fridge/freezer stopped working. He called us back right away before 10 pm, walked us through the problem over the phone and got us the 411 on how to get it fixed through an LG field tech (the total repair cost us $0 when Hayden pointed out our fridge was still under warranty). We were floored by Hayden's honesty and professionalism. We have our fridge fixed now and have Hayden really to thank. We definitely will be going to Hayden for our appliance repair needs in the future. We cannot recommend him enough.

We purchased a whirlpool freezer from RCWilley in October of 2021, we haven’t even owned it a year and it’s going out. We did a ton of research to find the right freezer as it was planned to put it in our garage and store meat for our family. The freezer we purchased is designed to be a garage freezer. The tec showed up today and was rude from the start. His name was Mike P. I said “ right this way let me show you where the freezer is.” He was appalled that it was in the garage and told me that’s your problem there is nothing I can do and left. Every time I’d try to explain something to him or show him what’s been going on he interrupted me and was very rude. I finally got my husband to talk to him because it became apartment that he doesn’t have any respect for women. Treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. He didn’t run a diagnostic on it, check the condenser, he literally did nothing. He then submitted a invoice saying our garage is 97 degrees and that is what is preventing the freezer from working. Our garage is insulated and never gets above the 80s. Right now it’s sitting at 78 degrees. I will never use this service again and will be telling rc willey how this experience went as well. At least do your job and check the actual freezer.

Our new Whirlpool fridge and freezer stopped working right before Thanksgiving. When I called the Warranty Dept they had me call Appliance Service By Paul. They were great to work with from the beginning. Our technician was Chase and he was very knowledgeable. He knew what the problem was the minute he opened the freezer and was able to fix it on that visit so we weren't in a mess for Thanksgiving. He even took the time and used my blow dryer to defrost the freezer, which is something they normally have the customer do. He definitely went above and beyond expectations! He was a pleasure to work with.

I have been going to appliance services by Paul for years as they carry my fridge filter. Therefore, when my upright freezer stopped working, I called them. They did not disappoint as i now have a functioning freezer again. The tech, chase, quickly identified the problem but unfortunately they didn't have the part in stock and it had to be ordered. When he quoted the cost, he let me think on it and even look up costs myself. I felt no pressure to decide how to proceed and he just worked on the ice build up while I deliberated. I decided to proceed and when he returned it was a quick install.

Excellent service on our SubZero freezer/refrigerator! Could not be more pleased with the fast, professional repair by Andy and explanation of the system too! And scheduling by KC was fast and efficient. Highly recommend!

My standalone freezer was not cooling as much so I had a technician come out today after I called them and they verified they support the brand I had. The technician diagnosed the issue and said it was the compressor going bad but claimed he couldn't find a part. The freezer is only 3 years old. He said that he called around and might as well just get a new one and still charged me 150 dollars. I called the office since I was upset about misleading me and they gave all the excuses in the world and said that its not their problem if they can't find the part and they were shocked they couldn't for a freezer 3 years old. Well I looked online and found it but it would cost me more to call out another service to fix it. They had no issue just charging me the service call and claiming they couldn't find the part. Wasted my money and now cost me more to but a new one.

Seemed rather expensive for just defrosting my freezer.

Dropped off a non working upright freezer.

Needed our LG home refrigerator and freezer repaired under warranty. It was the evaporator fans assembly. On the 1st visit the tech got the idea of what was wrong, ordered the part and a week after showed up again and swapped it in 15 minutes. Both times he was exactly on time and very respectful. Good job! The fridge started to malfunction exactly one year and 3 days after was purchased, extended warranty came in clutch.

They came out to fix my freezer as part of an RC Willey Warranty claim. The technician (who had just months of experience) ran a few diagnostics and said I needed a new unit, and that he couldn't fix anything, and that the part is out of stock. It was available online when I searched for it. Four months later I still haven't heard back from them, and RC Willey eventually sent out Bill's Appliance Repair, whose experienced repair guy actually fixed the freezer and I had it working that same day. Next time you need anything done, call Bill's Appliance Repair.
