Honest- Knowledgeable and Trustworth. Godfred came to fix an issue with my fridge My GE fridge was leaking out of the bottom freezer compartment. Godfred called ahead, was prompt and provided great service. He has 20+ years of experience and knew exactly how to fix it. Factor is trustworthy, honest and knowledgeable. Heads up when you call, you get an answering service that can't answer many specific questions, they are mainly to book appointments. It's a business decision and just want to let you know what to expect. Will def use again!

My freezer wasn't staying frozen and I was going out of town for work that night. Company responded quickly, and was able to schedule an apt to come take a look h same day. Alex diagnosed the issue quickly and we agreed on a plan for when we could come back out with the part (and he was able to tell me how to get my freezer thru until then). The company communication was great and he was on time for the follow up repair. I'll gladly call them again when I need appliance repair.

The freezer portion of our Subzero was acting up, so we contacted Alex. He was able to fix our issue in a timely fashion, and all is well now! Even better, he arrived when he said he would and charged a reasonable price for his services.We would definitely recommend this company if you need your fridge or freezer fixed!

I've been dealing with issues with my Sub Zero freezer since we moved to our house 4 years ago. I've tried several other repairs and all of them provided a temporary fix that never really lasted more than a year. Alex came out and diagnosed the issue the same day, replaced the drain heater, and the problem seemed solved... until 24 hours later when circuit breaker kept tripping. Alex came out 2 more times on short notice, diagnosed an issue with the control board and replaced it quickly. He stopped by again to make sure it was working, checked in by phone, offered to come back by to help me move the freezer back in place, and wouldn't accept payment until he was sure the issue was solved several days later. Outstanding customer service and follow through. Happy I've finally got a go-to Sub Zero repair guy.

I contacted Smart Repairs after my refrigerator was having issues with the freezer forming ice, the freezer door gasket leaking, and thus the temperature of the refrigerator was above 40 F. They responded very quickly through the Yelp texting feature, and informed me of their pricing structure. We set up an appointment for Tuesday from 9am-5pm. The young repair person was in my apt around 9:20am (he called me to let me know he was on his way, which was a really nice detail). After adjusting the freezer door gasket and cleaning the freezer fan of accumulated ice, he told me that there, was no need for further repairs, and that I only owed their visit fee ($85.00) which was amazing! Loved the punctuality, speed of repair (he was out by 10:00am), transparency (he explained everything to me) and honesty (only the basic visit fee, which they had shared before I agreed to the visit)? I would use them again!
