We couldn't be more pleased with our service from Fusion. Our 10 year old LG refrigerator/freezer lost temperature, started spilling water and made a horrible noise late in the day. We expected to lose everything as we waited for a service tech until at least the next day, but Fusion/Andrew made a service call that very evening. He arrived in the rain at 6pm and quickly diagnosed and replaced the compressor, condensor, evaporator and dry fan, and wrapped up the job by 10pm. He even took the time to show us the faulty parts, educated us on how the system worked, and provided maintenance instructions. The next morning both refrigerator and freezer were back up to temp, quiet, and running like a charm. The icing on the cake was that Andrew credited us for the compressor without us even asking about it since it was still within the 10 year manufacturer's warranty. THANK YOU, Fusion and Andrew!! Andrew showed up when he promised and was able to properly diagnose our LG refrigerator\freezer problems. He was very thorough and explained everything in layman terms. He also documented everything with photos - including how my shelves in the refrigerator were placed so when he reassembled everything the shelves were actually exactly where we had them which made putting our food back in very easy. He was in and out in 3.5 hours and replaced the condenser, compressor (which he did not charge for the part since it was under LG 10 year warranty) and some other things that needed to be repaired. Very happy. My wife and I would use him again.

I called for service on Thursday but could only make it to service the refrigerator Monday morning. I have an outdoor fridge so stuffed everything in that one and took the freezer items to our beach house in Norfolk. The diagnosis and repair was quick so absolutely no issue with their ability to evaluate and repair. Had the new part in their van as well. The person answering service calls was difficult to understand with a fairly thick accent and a extremely poor sound system. Need this upgraded. All in all if u can wait a few days with a dead fridge, they were great.

He came out and unclogged my water to ice maker. Sad he did not notice my freezer light had burned out and with me being disabled I have not been able to get it replaces. I did not think to ask him to replace. the charge was $174 for about 30 mins labor. I was satisfied because it was better than replacing a floor later .

My LG refrigerator stopped making ice. My husband called Mr. Appliance and was worried that I was going to be by myself when they came. I really liked that they texted a picture of your technician along with your time slot. Branden was very polite, informative and punctual. My ice maker stopped making ice and my freezer was full of water. I called Mr. E and they were very quick to schedule an appointment. The technician, Kyle, showed up for the appointment on time, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part for repair. When the part came in I was contacted for a follow-up and again Kyle showed up on time and completed the repair quickly. I would highly recommend this company. The price was very reasonable, the technician was very knowledgeable and the company is very responsive.

Our fridge was freezing vegetables and other items on the refrigerator side. Kyle diagnosed problem quickly. The part came in and a repair was done in less than an hour. He went above and beyond and cleaned the coils. Communication was great and easy to work with. Will call them again and highly recommend.
