I really wish I would have caught my technician's name because I really want to give this gentleman some kudos. He was polite, efficient, cleaned up after himself, and even defrosted ice in my freezer when he could have just left it. I know dedicated service professionals can be hard to find these days, so I wanted you to know how much I appreciate his level of service and attention to detail. Hopefully, you have some sort of recognition program so he can be rewarded for his efforts. If I ever need service in the future, I will definitely be calling Guinco!

I called bc my refrigerator was making loud noise, not cooling and auto defroster not coming on. 6 visits with 3 technicians that broke faceplate on drawers and each one blamed me for my freezer not cooling and ice not defrosting . 4 technician came and finally listened to me and auto defroster not coming on and fan not working. Now part on back order and gave to wait 4 weeks and go with out a refrigerator and will to go buy one bc who can go 4 weeks eating out every day!!

I hate to do this but CONSUMER BEWARE!!!. I purchased kitchen Aid appliances in April, 2024 - approx $10k worth- dishwasher, induction stove/oven, microwave/ convection/airfryer….and a LEMMON REFRIGERATOR! Whirlpool, who I am under warranty with farms me out to Guinco (absolutely worthless). They have been to my house 4-5?times since July. I moved into my new home June 28, 2024. Guinco stupidly admits they work by trial and error. Mostly ERROR!! . So far my brand new refrigerator has a NEW 1) motor for ice machine. Not fixed 2) Ui (user interface) panel to set door alarm and degree settings :3) freezer drawer with guide rails in an attempt to soft close which was never fixed properly 4) raised legs in an unsuccessful attempt to help with soft close. I missed 4 days of work and had to give up my vacation because these clowns would not admit this product was/is a Lemmon. Their game is to beat you down so you cannot endure the fight. Customer Service is a minus 100!!! Whirlpool is no better. Maybe worse.
