Refrigerator/freezer was repaired quickly. Part that was needed for repair cost approximately $200…seemed to be too expensive.

Johnny Walker was the technician who worked on my freezer and was very knowledgeable and fixed my freezer quickly. I will ask for him again. I would highly recommend Mr. appliance.

Great company to work with: Damion diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary parts; and my freezer is working perfectly. Although the parts required were expensive, the labor charge was reasonable.

Our Frigidaire ice maker had been dripping and pooling water into the freezer and onto the floor. I called A-1 and set an appointment within 3 days. A-1 sent a text the day before to confim the appointment and included a picture of the Tech. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem as a frozen drain, he implemented a solution and we were back making fresh ice without any dripping in less than an hour. The fee charged for the service was appropriate and reasonable. We rate A-1 as "all stars"

Michael, the technician from Lake Appliance was courteous, friendly and efficient. He diagnosed the issue with my new wall oven right away and proceeded to fix it. When he was done he thoroughly explained to me what had caused the heat to fail in the top oven. He cleaned up after himself; leaving no mess. Michael has been here before when we needed to replace the freezer door on the refrigerator. He was just as professional then. Thank you Michael for helping us. I think if I ever need service again I will just ask for him!

Mike was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and transparent through the whole process of fixing our refrigerator and freezer. He answered the phone (amazing to talk to a person right away!), and came out the next day. He had to come back a couple of times and always called and let us know the status and when to expect him.
