Best Freezer Repair Companies in Raytown, Missouri

Our refrigerator and freezer stopped working after 3 years of owning it. We had a 5 year warranty, but when I called LG, they scheduled an appointment which they canceled on the day they were to come out. When I called to reschedule it would be a month before they could come out. We went for a month living out of coolers, becauseLG would disconnect me everytime I called. They would put me on hold, then the phone would disconnect. In tears and so frustrated, I called Allstar Appliance, told them everything that was going on, and Rene got the ball rolling and I had an appointment the next Monday. They came out, quickly figured out what was wrong, but when they talked to LG, they didn’t have the part. It was on back order, so they got on the phone and found the exact part somewhere else, ordered it for me, payed the shipping, and when it arrived at their shop, they tested it there to make sure it was working, brought it out and installed it. They will be the only place I ever call for appliance repair!! I absolutely love this company and the people that work there! I love them all! !
