I highly recommend this company, the repairman came right out and got my freezer working the same day. I will definitely be using them in the future if the need arises.

Brandon arrived promptly at the time stated. Quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator/freezer. I appreciate that he explained what he was doing and gave me the basics why he was doing certain things. He had the parts on the truck and completed the repair inside of an hour. I will call Refrigerator Repair Cary again.

Brandon did a great job. They were able to come in earlier than expected and he fixed my freezer super-fast. He did end up being a bit more expensive than I was hoping, but I suppose you save money in the long run by having it fixed right. Overall a good company for repairs.

Kostyantyn showed up right at the start of the time window they provided, and was professional, efficient and thorough. Diagnosed my fridge that wasn’t cold and fixed it within an hour or so for what seems like a fair price. My freezer is turning water to ice and my food is cold again, exactly what I paid them for and they delivered!

Very fast and efficient. I called to set up an appointment and asked if they could accommodate a same day need on short notice. They did, unlike most others in the area. Good price for a great job. Fridge and freezer are working like brand new. Would certainly use their services again in the future.

I want to take a moment for this review because the technician (Antoine, if I am not mistaken) did an amazing job. We bought the house 2 years ago with this ridiculously expensive fridge that never worked well. I had two guys coming few times and “fixing” it. 7 months later it was just as bad as in the beginning (no ice and beeping a lot). This company really did a great job, they just fixed it, the freezer is perfect now. And their price is really good too. He came in the same day at the time scheduled. Really deserves 5 stars.

The wall oven service provided was a breath of fresh air reminiscent of the "good old days" of good service in the current world where the norm is less than stellar service and all kind of excuses. This was our second time using the company, One Source, for appliance repairs. The first experience, a few years ago, was repairing a standup freezer and excellent service was provided then. Our technician, Brian, provided both service calls..A bonus for us is having the same technican. The company overall is very courteous. Even the person answering the phone and setting up appointments, Kimberly, was outstanding. I would highly recommend using this company.

Our 17 year old GE refrigerator stopped cooling both freezer and refrigerator sections just before the holiday party season started. We had called One Source Appliance Repair in the past and were super impressed with their knowledge of appliances and their conservative approach to fixing problems. Time was ticking and food was melting. Repairman, Matt K., was dispatched promptly to diagnose and discuss options. Matt explained clearly the problem, the solution and gave us several choices to discuss and decide. He was professional, relaxed, informed and direct. We HIGHLY recommend calling and using One Source Appliance Repair. They are fair, prompt and arrive determined to fix the problem you are experiencing.

Very Poor, and not dependable. Sears appliances were beyond BAD!!!! The freezer side of our refrigerator was not working efficient. They came on time diagnosed with $ 640 charge, including parts and labor. They scheduled another appointment time in the coming 2 weeks. Parts arrived, SEARS repairman did NOT show up. No phone calls, mo notifications. We called and wasted 2 hours of time for waiting and being transferred this place to another. We finally rescheduled for 5 days after. They did not show again. Again no notifications, no call. SEARS charged the cost upfront but services was NOT rendered. Our freezer stopped functioning well. We needed to find another company.

We have had a broken refrigerator and freezer under warranty since August 2021. Parts were ordered that ended up on back order. Sears cancelled the parts saying we were getting a replacement which they said was scheduled 9/28. They never showed and I have called 17 times and keep getting the run around. Sometimes they tell me I called the wrong place other times they would transfer me to Kenmore who said it wasn’t them it was Sears. Was given 4 different numbers and departments to call all contradicting what the other said. Even had someone give me a number that was out of service then argued with me when I called back that it wasn’t. Will never buy from Sears again for anything!

Our refrigerator freeze was getting ice in the bottom. Our serviceman, Gregory, came to repair it. He was on time, very knowledgeable and very nice. He treated us as people not just doing his job for a paycheck. That was greatly appreciated. In my opinion Gregory deserves a raise in pay.
