Urgent Appliance is my hero. At around 4 o'clock on a Saturday I realize that my refrigerator was not working. The freezer was dead also and I had lots of meat that needed to be thrown out. I found urgent Appliance on the Internet and they were the only appliance store in my area that was open on a Saturday. A technician was sent to my house within three hours, and the price was more than fair. Five stars for urgent Appliance.

Steven was very professional. He explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. He even helped me unpack the freezer. He definitely went up and above expectation and was able to get my freezer up and running in a timely manner. I'll definitely recommend him for anyone else who needs his services.

Highly reccommend! TROY came out the same day I called & that is hard to come by. He fixed my freezer & explained everything well so I felt confident having him work on it. He did a thorough job while trouble shooting & was a joy to have in my home.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday having Steven come check an old refrigerator. He was honest in telling me it wasn't worth fixing, which I appreciated. He even volunteered to check out our main refrigerator when I mentioned the ice maker was constantly freezing up and stopped making ice. I would highly recommend him and his company if you need an honest service on your appliances.

CAVEAT EMPTOR. (Buyer beware) Failed to repair the ice maker we paid them to. When I asked them to fix this urgent blew off the scheduled return time / day with no call. When they finally answered their phone the couldn’t reschedule because of the long weekend leaving us with an even worse off fridge despite giving urgent two weeks to fix the issue. Nothing urgent was hired to fix was actually fixed by them. Urgent was flat out rude. The company that fixed urgent appliance repairs shawty work showed us that the reason the first fix didn’t work is urgent tried to pass of a broken refurbished part as the brand new part they charged us to buy. Don’t waste time or money with this company.

Technician had our freezer repaired quickly and efficiently! Came right on time, and cost was reasonable. Will definitely call again when we need help with an appliance!

Our freezer stopped working and I looked up companies to repair. Lamar's had the best reviews and now I see why! Daniel was so kind and efficient! He diagnosed the problem and had the parts in his van and had it repaired in an hour! I will never use anyone else and will recommend their company too everyone! The best choice I've made!

Technicians came the day we called- even though their schedule was booked solid for the day. They fixed our faulty fridge/freezer and did an excellent job. They were kind, courteous and efficient. Price was great too!

They were super responsive and helpful! They scheduled us within a week, the repair man came on time and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. He had the part in his van and our freezer was working again in another 10 minutes. We were so relieved to not spend $2k on a new unit!

Our freezer was not working and Jim was the technician who came to check it out. He was courteous, very knowledgeable and answered several other questions about our second freezer and washer. We appreciated his professionalism and expertise and really liked him! A part had to be ordered that took a few weeks to get here. When the part arrived, Jerry came to install it. He also did a great job! He explained what he was doing and answered additional questions about our dishwasher that had broken and about ice build up on the freezer door to our fridge. He took the time to look at our appliances and let us know what we needed. He gave us multiple tips about the care of all our appliances, which we greatly appreciated! This was our first experience with Mr. Appliance and we were very pleased with the service we received. Thank you Jim and Jerry! If needed, we will call them again!

Our experience with Mr. Appliance has been extremely poor. At the least this company has terrible customer service. Based on our experience they are dishonest as well. On December 8, 2021 Ryan from Mr. Appliance came to our home to diagnose a problem with our refrigerator/freezer. It had been beeping and cycling on and off. Ryan told us the problem was some broken wiring on the bottom of the freezer door that was causing the sensor to go off. The repair for that was quoted at $220. The ice maker had also stopped working. It was going to be $352.73 to fix that. I made a quick call to my husband and we decided to fix both. I paid a $300 deposit toward both repairs. Shortly after Ryan left, my husband called back and after further discussion we decided to wait on fixing the ice maker. I called Mr. Appliance, spoke with Clint, canceled that portion of the repair, and was to be credited the $80 difference from our deposit. When Ryan returned late in the afternoon on December 23, to fix the wiring, my husband and I had a Christmas dinner to attend and left our son-in-law home to be here for the repair. When we returned home that night, we found that the refrigerator was making the same noise and cycling just as much, if not more, than before the repair. I called Mr. Appliance the next morning and was told that now that the wiring was fixed Ryan had been able to properly diagnose the problem and the motherboard needed to be replaced--a costly repair that would have refrigerator down a week or more. This was surprising to us, as Ryan had told us the wiring was the problem and had not mentioned that anything else was wrong with the refrigerator. Whether or not the motherboard or something else was bad, or a problem was created during the repair, we won't ever know as the refrigerator died altogether and we had to replace it. Of course we are not happy to have thrown away $220, but lesson learned. Even more frustrating is that--two full months later--we have not been refunded the $80 owed to us for the ice maker repair that was never done. I have repeatedly called and emailed Mr. Appliance about this and have never received a reply, nor has a credit come through on our card. We will never use this company again and warn anyone else considering Mr. Appliance that they are not honest and you may end up with a worse problem than you began with if they attempt a repair.

My repairman Taylor came over the next morning after calling to make an appointment. I am very impressed with how quickly they were able to come over. I had actually called 2 other places 1st before calling here. The 1st call referred me elsewhere but I did not call them. The 2nd call I made didn’t service my area. So Mr Appliance of Provo was meant to be. Taylor worked on my dryer and had the part in his truck and fixed it the same day. Then he looked at the freezer of my older side by side refrigerator/freezer. A part had to be ordered which he was back the next morning and fixed it. I highly recommend Mr Appliance of Provo! I think they are honest and not price gouging me. I do not know what others would have charged but my decision to go with Mr Appliance was based off of reviews of everyone I considered. I was impressed how Mr Appliance responded to the negative reviews with proof of phone call conversations, etc. Very professional company and very polite!

Great service!! Our fridge stopped cooling and Jerry came out and fixed the problem. We were about to replace the fridge and now it it’s fixed so we’re don’t have to. So glad we called them.
