We had them come out for our oven not heating they came the same day I called within 1/2 hour and diagnosed and fixed it! Repairman was very nice and professional! HOWEVER we purchased a contract for free diagnosing on future visits and when I called with a freezer problem they couldn’t come out for 10 days, when I told her we really couldn’t wait that long she said sorry, have a good day!!! I paid 150$ for this service contract for 1 year! Update: 2 people from the company called me to apologize and make the situation right!!! I appreciated this customer service and would definitely recommend this company. !

I called Action Appliance Repair when my refrigerator stopped keeping things cold. Garret came out to see what the problem was which he quickly identified. A replacement part was ordered for the one that had broken. He came back to finish the repair and i have to say that Garret is an asset to this company. He’s professional, knowledgeable and a really nice guy.
