Best Freezer Repair Companies in Prospect Park, New Jersey

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!! The technical failed to fix a simple problem under warranty (power supply for the freezer light needed replacement) on the first two visits. The technician was rude and unprofessional in both those visits. Not only that, but he somehow also broke my ice maker in the process. I was yelled at by the owner for simply asking if they could come on a weekend after they had failed to fix it the first two times so I didn’t have to miss a 3rd day of work. To the owner: I’m not the one who agreed to do warranty work when you get paid less to do those jobs! I’m not the one who took a job that was “too far away!” Do not yell at your customers for decisions that you made and having incompetent technicians! So in addition to being rude, my brand new refrigerator is in worse shape than it was initially so don’t hire this company!

We had an issue with our Frigidaire fridge/freezer on July 10. It is under warranty. Electrolux sent us another company that came 4 times from July 14 through August 14 and deemed a replacement to the drawer, which would take 6-8 weeks. The company never responded to inquiries after 8 weeks. Electrolux ultimately sent us A&D Appliance Repair, who came less than 24 hours after the initial call, identified the issue, and had it completely fixed within 1 week. This is the 2nd time we've used A&D and they've been wonderful both times. If Electrolux recommends a company in Pennsylvania with really bad ratings, call Electrolux and refuse the service and tell them you want A&D.

Tech was very knowledgeable and got my freezer up and running. They were also very accommodating with the appointment scheduling.

Very good service provided by Eddy. On time as well he called before coming. Also give some suggestions to keep refrigerator working nicely.
